اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

Transliteration

Allahumma laka sumtu, wa ala rizqika aftart.

English Meaning

O Allah, for You I fasted, and with Your provision I break my fast.
