بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (3 مَرَّاتٍ) أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ (7 مَرَّاتٍ)

Transliteration

Bismillah (3 times), then: A’udhu bi izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (7 times).

English Meaning

In Allah’s name (×3). I seek refuge in Allah’s might and power from the evil of what I feel and fear (×7).
